About the author: Meteoric Editorial writes practical guides about everyday food, hydration, movement, and sleep journaling. Our background is consumer software UX writing and plain-language explainers—not clinical practice. We focus on clear language, privacy-aware product notes, cited public-health background reading, and explicit health boundaries.

Zeal is a personal nutrition, hydration, workout, and sleep journal with an AI meal photo analyzer. Estimates are for awareness—not medical advice.

What you can track

Why this site exists

Many health trackers hide everything behind a login wall. Visitors and reviewers both need clear public information: who runs the site, how privacy works, and where ads appear. Meteoric publishes product overview, policy pages, and educational guides on this site. The private journal opens at /app/.

That separation is intentional. Public pages are readable without JavaScript-heavy app shells, so search engines and policy crawlers can see real headings and policy text. The journal remains a private product experience for logging your own day.

How the journal fits ordinary life

Meteoric is designed for people who want a calmer record of food, water, movement, and rest. Daily totals reset each day while dated history stays available for reflection. Optional photo meal estimates can speed logging, but they remain estimates. They can miss oils, sauces, and portion nuance, so they should never be treated as clinical measurements.

Hydration logging uses simple increments so the habit survives busy days. Workout entries can come from manual logs or paired Wear OS sessions. Sleep tools summarize sessions you start yourself. None of these features diagnose medical conditions or replace professional care.

Editorial approach

Our guides emphasize practical habits over hype, with plain language, clear disclaimers, and visible health boundaries. We avoid miracle claims, scare tactics, and scraped filler. When a topic touches health decisions, we point people toward qualified professionals and public health references such as NIH MedlinePlus nutrition pages.

Trust & policies

Read our About, Privacy Policy, Terms, Disclaimer, Advertising, and Contact pages. For a full map of public URLs, open the HTML sitemap.

Questions and corrections are welcome at contact@meteoriccreates.com. Please include the page URL if you are reporting a content or policy issue.

What advertising never does here

When ads are enabled, they appear only on public content pages after cookie consent—Home and individual guide articles. They do not appear on About, Contact, Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer, Advertising disclosure, author pages, the sitemap, or beside meal entry, sleep logging, workout forms, pairing screens, or Settings that manage your personal data. We do not ask you to click ads, and we do not use journal contents to personalize advertising.

Publisher ownership is listed in ads.txt. Studio background and essays live on Meteoric Creates.

Getting started without pressure

You can read this site without creating an account. Start with the guides library if you want habit tips, or open /app/ when you are ready to log. On-device storage is available so a first day does not require cloud sync. Optional AI meal photos remain estimates—edit them when the model misses sauces, oils, or portion size.

If something on a public page looks wrong, email contact@meteoriccreates.com with the URL. Corrections are part of shipping for a small studio, not an afterthought. We prefer quiet, accurate pages over a loud feature list that overpromises clinical outcomes.

What we refuse to publish

Zeal public pages stay free of adult content, pirated media, hate, violence-for-shock, and miracle cure claims. Guides cite public resources such as MedlinePlus when background context helps, and they keep the health boundary visible: journaling is not diagnosis or treatment.

That content standard is also how we prepare for advertising partners. Inventory belongs beside original educational writing—not beside empty shells, login walls, or scraped filler. If Auto ads are enabled in AdSense, they still respect the same placement map and consent choices described on the Advertising page.
