By accessing Zeal—the public home page and related pages, educational guides, and the private journal at /app/—you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Meteoric Creates also operates the studio site at meteoriccreates.com. Product-specific terms for Zeal are stated here.
The service
Zeal provides personal journaling tools and educational articles about everyday nutrition and activity tracking. Features may include meal logging (manual or photo-assisted), hydration, workouts, sleep sessions, history charts, optional Wear OS pairing, optional cloud sync, optional browser reminders, and data export.
Features may change. Some capabilities (cloud sync, watch pairing, ads, AI estimates) depend on configuration and third-party services. Offline / on-device use may be available without an account.
Not medical advice
Calorie, nutrient, BMI, workout, hydration, and sleep information—including AI photo estimates—is for general informational use only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not disregard professional care because of something you read or logged in Zeal. Do not use the product to treat, manage, or diagnose any condition.
AI meal photo estimates
Optional meal photo analysis uses artificial intelligence. The system assumes what foods are present and guesses portion sizes and nutrition values from the image.
Those outputs are not fully accurate and are not laboratory results. Common errors include missing oils and sauces, wrong portions, misidentified packaged foods, and poor results in low light or for mixed dishes.
Text-only meal descriptions may produce rough estimates that are also imperfect. By using photo or text analysis, you acknowledge that AI estimates are assumptions for journaling convenience only, and that you remain responsible for how you interpret or act on them.
Accounts and your responsibilities
You are responsible for your login credentials, the accuracy of information you submit, and keeping backups of data you need. Do not share accounts. You must be old enough to use the service under applicable law (at least 13, or higher where required).
If you enable cloud sync, keep your email secure. If you use Wear OS pairing, protect the device that holds the pairing token.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or abusive content, scrape the site in a way that degrades service, generate artificial ad traffic, or use Zeal to provide clinical care to others.
Do not reverse engineer or attack the pairing, analysis, or authentication systems except as allowed by mandatory law.
Intellectual property
Zeal software, branding, and original guide content are owned by Meteoric Creates or its licensors. You may not copy guide articles for republication without permission.
You retain rights to your journal content; you grant us permission to process it solely to operate the features you use (including sync, export, and analysis you request).
Advertising
Public content pages may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense Auto ads and/or manual units) subject to our Advertising Policy and your consent choices. Ads are not endorsements of any health claim, product, or treatment.
Ads do not appear inside the private journal at /app/, or on Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer, Advertising disclosure, author pages, the HTML sitemap, or 404 pages.
Third-party services
The service may rely on third parties such as hosting providers, authentication/database providers, Google Gemini for optional meal analysis, Google AdSense for public-page ads, and device vendors for Wear OS. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of nutrition, fitness, sleep, hydration, BMI, sensor imports, or AI photo estimates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meteoric Creates is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on journal data, AI outputs, advertisements, guides, or third-party content.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue features. We may suspend access for misuse. Continued use after term updates constitutes acceptance where allowed.
You may stop using Zeal at any time. Delete on-device data in Settings and request cloud deletion by email when you have a cloud account.
